Decent filament, minor shipping hiccup

I bought a roll of their PETG Filament and a few MasterSpool Refills. The quality of the PETG was quite good, printed consistently without much fuss, and the spool was wound neatly. The MasterSpool refills are a great idea for reducing waste, though one of them arrived with a slightly damaged edge on the packaging. It didn't affect the filament inside, but it could be better protected. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking an hour after ordering, which was nice. For the price, it's a good value, just a small improvement on the packaging side would make it perfect.

What's their return policy like? Bought too much of a certain color once and need to know if I can send it back.

I think they have a standard return window, like 14 days or something, for unopened items. Check their site for the exact details though, it's pretty clear there.

Compared to Prusa or 3DJake, how's Redline filament? Is it worth switching?

I've used all three. Redline's colors are insane, way more variety than Prusa. Quality wise, it's right up there, maybe even better for some of their specialty stuff.

For me, Redline prints really consistently. I'd say it's on par with 3DJake's house brand but Redline has way more exotic options. Definitely worth a try, especially if you catch a sale.

Mine got to California in about a week and a half last time. They're shipping from Germany so it's not super fast but not horrible.

Yeah, expect maybe 10-14 days. It's coming from overseas so customs can add a bit sometimes. Worth it for the quality though.

Nah, usually it's one code per order. Bulk discounts apply automatically though so you don't need a separate code for that.
